Chef Mark’s Culinary History
At the age of 24, Chef Mark was one of the youngest Executive Chefs ever in the city of Las Vegas.
Over the years, Chef Mark has worked many of the Las Vegas properties including casinos, hospitals, and even schools. He owned his own property for many years. He has been a private caterer to many of the biggest names, including Jack Nicklaus, Eddie Murray, Joan Jet, Styx, Molly Hatchett, Kansas, REO Speedwagon, and Journey…. just to name a very few.
Chef Mark currently does healthy cooking programs around the world. He has also produced over 100 one hour cooking programs that air on four different networks. Culinary Nutrition has taken front and center as his passion.
Currently Chef Mark has written 3 cookbooks with his newest cookbook called Simply Incredible Flavor. It already has six doctor’s recommendations. Making healthy food taste great is simple when you know Flavor.
To provide motivation material and resources that will inspire people to get healthier. Physically, mentally, and spiritually.
Our Current Projects
Our new studio is done. We are now filming healthy cooking programs that air on several different networks. Programming includes 1 minute, 30 minute and 60 minute episodes.
Mark also spends several months a year touring the country giving motivational cooking presentations.
Personal Health Achievements
Mark has been on a personal journey that allows him to speak from experience when it comes to lifestyle and health. He has maintained a 60 lb weight loss through diet and exercise, and avoided diabetes and heart disease, which were a threat to him for years.
It is a lifelong journey – taking one step at a time.
