Chef Mark’s Culinary History
Executive Chef: Mark has been an executive chef since the age of 23, working at 7 different properties; one being the Sands Casino in Las Vegas, NV.
His career also includes positions as General Manager and Food & Beverage Director. He is skilled at preparing the home cooked meal for small groups and the highest gourmet productions. His food preparation and kitchen management skills are second to none.
To provide motivation material and resources that will inspire people to get healthier. Physically, mentally, and spiritually.
Our Current Projects
Our new studio is done. We are now filming healthy cooking programs that air on several different networks. Programming includes 1 minute, 30 minute and 60 minute episodes.
Mark also spends several months a year touring the country giving motivational cooking presentations.
Personal Health Achievements
Mark has been on a personal journey that allows him to speak from experience when it comes to lifestyle and health. He has maintained a 60 lb weight loss through diet and exercise, and avoided diabetes and heart disease, which were a threat to him for years.
It is a lifelong journey – taking one step at a time.
