2 Cups Mushrooms (sliced)
¼ Cup Shallots
1 tsp Garlic crushed
2 Tbsp Olive Oil
½ tsp Vegan Beef Base
1 Cup Grape Juice
¼ tsp Sea Salt
Pinch Sage
Pinch Thyme
Cornstarch & Water Slurry


Sautee the mushrooms, shallots and garlic with the olive oil. Add the remaining ingredients and bring to a boil. Simmer for about 15 minutes. Thicken with cornstarch slurry.
