Italian Infused Olive Oil

Italian Infused Olive Oil
1 cup olive oil
2 Tbsp Basil
2 Tbsp Oregano
1 Tbsp Tarragon
1 Tbsp Garlic Powder
1 Tbsp Onion Powder
1 tsp Sea Salt

In a sauce pan, take ½ cup olive oil and all the ingredients and mix together. Cook over low heat just until the mixture starts to bubble. Pull aside and let set for about 15 minutes for the oil to absorb the flavors. Add the additional oil and strain the oil thru a chesse cloth or filter. Use oil for dipping, cooking or salads.
