Almond Milk

Ingredients
1 cup blanched almonds, see note
½ tsp salt
2 Tbsp agave nectar
Quart water

Directions
In a small pan bring 1 cup water and almonds to a boil. Remove from heat and rinse with cold water. Remove skin. In a blender mix all ingredients until creamy. Pour mixture into a nut bag or cheese cloth and strain milk from pulp. Store milk in an airtight container in refrigerator
Note: Keep nut pulp to make almond cookies.
